At the 100K Store, we do offer our customers who purchase a 14-day return and refund service.
Terms do apply to the 14 day return period:
Items returned within the first 7 days of the 14 day period customers can avail of a full refund, store credit or item exchange. After the subsequent 7 day period, customers can ONLY avail of store credit and item exchange.
Refunds are given for orders that are:
1. Items that are defective or damaged.
2. Items that do not match the website description.
3. Returns option for items that are not shipped within the designated timeframe.
4. Please Please Review your Order at Checkout, the Team send out whatever size is stated on your Order, so we reserve the right to decline swap or size exchange requests.

*IF AN ITEM IS RECORDED AS A MISSED DELIVERY OR FAIL TO PAY CUSTOMS 100K reserve the Right to deny a Refund.
We ensure to notify customers if a redelivery is required or a customs fee to be paid.
